Contractor has crew of 3 on site preparing to pour cap on bent 2. Pump truck and driver on site. Steel and forms look good. First concrete truck on site at 12:29. Tested and sampled concrete. Air=5.6%, slump=5.25", temp=58, air temp=38. Contractor accepted concrete at slump. 3 cylinders made. Began placing concrete at 12:38, truck empty at 12:44. Second truck on site at 12:45; began placing at 12:48, finished at 12:55. Pour went good. Contractor was covering cap with blankets when I left the site. No high/low thermometer was left with cylinders (under the blankets) as the one I had with me was not functioning properly.
